The Sero application, formerly known as iBlink Radio, offers a unique platform tailored to the visually impaired community. It caters to iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad users seeking access to radio stations, podcasts, and reading services specifically curated for individuals with visual impairments. The content is also relevant for those connected to this community, such as friends, family, caregivers, and individuals curious about experiencing life without eyesight.

Community Radio within the app is distinguished by its ownership and operation by individuals with limited or no eyesight. It features a diverse array of genres including oldies, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, alternative, classic Rock, and Old Time Radio among others.

The reading services provided encompass narration of newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and various print publications like USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and numerous others.

Podcasts available on Sero are created by contributors who are blind or partially sighted. These podcasts cover a wide range of topics from broadcasting, computers, radio, technology to Independent Living and Travel among other subjects.

By subscribing to Sero and maintaining an active account, users can unlock a vast selection of radio stations and podcasts. Additionally, they can engage with an esteemed online community featuring real-time voice chat rooms, voice-enabled forums, blogs, personal websites, and more.

An auto-renewing subscription plan for access to audio content and community features is conveniently offered within the app at $5.99 per month. Those opting not to subscribe will still have access to a limited portion of the audio content but will not enjoy community features such as forums or voice chat without a subscription or free trial.

Upon purchasing a subscription within the app, your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation. Subscriptions will automatically renew at $5.99 per month unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscription management and auto-renewal settings can be adjusted through your iTunes account settings post-subscription commencement.
